             Part 1 – Reading comprehension

Exercise 1 – Read the following email and tick True or False.

Exercise 2 – Fill in the gaps using the correct verb from the table. Make all the necessary changes.

Exercise 3 – Answer the following questions in Greek. Answer in FULL sentences.

Example: Πού είναι το παιδί;

Το παιδί είναι στο σχολείο.

Part 2 -Grammar

Exercise 4 – Fill in the gaps using the correct form of the verb in the brackets.

Example: (μιλάω) Οι φίλοι μου δεν μιλούν ελληνικά.

Exercise 5– Write sentences using the nouns and the adjectives as objects (accusative case).

Example: Γνωρίζεις (καλή μητέρα) = Γνωρίζεις την καλή μητέρα.

 Exercise 6 – Fill in the gaps using the correct form of the noun in the brackets.

Example: Παιδιά, ανοίξτε τα βιβλία σας.          (το βιβλίο)

Exercise 7 – Fill in the gaps using the genitive case of the nouns in the brackets.

Example: Βλέπεις το βιβλίο της μητέρας;             (η μητέρα)

Exercise 8 – Rewrite the following sentences in to plural. (Rewrite ONLY the underlined words).

Example: Η καρέκλα είναι δική μου. = Οι καρέκλες είναι δικές μας.

Part 3 – Essay

Exercise 9 – Choose ONE of the following topics and write ONE essay of about 100 words about:
